I'm an Engineering Manager with a passion for building high-performing teams and customer-facing products that scale. I've led engineering teams across fintech and consumer facing applications, helping deliver experiences used by millions of customers.

I believe the best engineering organizations combine strong technical foundations with empathy, clear communication, and product thinking.

Always Building

I've always believed the best way to learn is by building. Whenever I discover a new technology, framework, or AI capability, I dive in and create something; from small weekend experiments to full fledged applications. Getting hands on is how I deepen my understanding, stay current, and continuously grow as an engineer and leader.

Beyond Work

When I'm away from my keyboard, you'll usually find me on a baseball field or a cricket pitch.

My weekends are spent being an assistant coach for both of my kids' baseball teams, where I enjoy helping young players build confidence, learn teamwork, and have fun competing.

I'm also an avid cricket player and regularly play in the East Bay cricket leagues. Cricket has been a lifelong passion and remains one of my favorite ways to stay active, challenge myself, and connect with friends.
